Delete your account
How to erase local data and, if you use Pro, the cloud vault.
You can wipe the ledger on this device at any time. Cloud deletion is separate, and only applies if you turned on Pro sync.
On this device
- Open Settings in the iOS, Android, web, or desktop app
- Choose account deletion (or erase local data)
- Uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage also removes the local vault
That does not delete a Pro cloud vault on our servers. It also does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Pro cloud profile
If you use Pro cloud sync, open Settings while signed in, choose account deletion, and confirm the one-time code sent to your recovery email. That removes the cloud profile and associated vault database records.
Subscriptions: Deleting the app or the cloud profile does not stop billing. Cancel Pro in App Store or Google Play subscription settings separately.
