Before you download — and after. The ledger is free; Pro is optional.

  • Yes. Accounts, transactions, budgets, bills, loans, investments and reports are free on every platform. Cloud sync, a 1 GB vault, live exchange rates and the AI assistant are part of the optional Pro upgrade.

  • No. The ledger lives on your device. You can add accounts and log spending without signing up. Create an account later if you want Wi-Fi pairing, backups tied to a recovery email, or Pro cloud sync.

  • No, and that is deliberate. Flex Cashflow never asks for bank credentials. You add accounts yourself, import a statement, or let it read a transaction SMS on device — so no third party holds a key to your finances.

  • On this device, in a local database. Pairing another device on your Wi-Fi copies the vault to that device. Pro cloud sync stores a server copy so your other devices can restore — protected in transit, not end-to-end encrypted.

  • Pro unlocks cloud sync, a 1 GB vault, live exchange rates, and the AI assistant (chat, voice, photo, PDF) with review before save. Tracking, budgets, bills, savings, loans, investments and analytics stay free.

  • iOS, Android, web, and desktop for macOS, Windows and Linux. Pair devices on the same Wi-Fi for free, or use Pro cloud sync when you are not on the same network.

  • Yes. Hold balances in as many currencies as you need. Each transaction stores the rate used at the time, so historical reports stay accurate. Live rates are a Pro option.

    • Export a local backup, or
    • Use device transfer if both devices are nearby, or
    • Restore from a Pro cloud vault.

    You do not need the same Wi-Fi if Pro sync is on.

  • In the app, open the menu and choose Report a Bug or Request a Feature. You can also email hi@flexcodelabs.com.

  • Erase the local ledger from Settings, or uninstall the app. If you use Pro cloud sync, delete the cloud profile from Settings while signed in and confirm the one-time code sent to your recovery email. That does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel billing in the store separately.
